We have learned (July 2, 2021) from well-informed sources that the European Commission intends to extend anti-dumping measures on imports of stainless steel cold-rolled flat products originating in the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan. However, a final decision is still pending.

As with the EU Safeguard extension, serious errors are said to have been made in the current draft decision.
