Chinese prices for cold- and hot-rolled stainless steel coils increased last week. Brisk trader activity, tight supply

304 cold- and hot-rolled continue to rise
Prices for 304 cold-rolled coils, 304 hot-rolled coils each rose slightly. 200 series also increased slightly. 430 cold-rolled products remained largely stable.
Analysts in China expect prices to rise further this week.
Worldwide stainless steel prices on an upward trend
Rising prices also continue to be reported in Europe and Russia. In the United States and South America, too, there is currently no sign of stainless steel prices easing.
